An exciting summer adventure awaits you on the fantastic island of Öland!

Kaffestugan is looking for driven and responsible team players who want to work with us in the summer of 2026.

Kaffestugan in Böda is a beloved artisan bakery on northern Öland, just a stone's throw from the miles-long Bödabukten. The bakery and its accompanying café serve as a meeting place for both locals and the many summer guests who visit Öland each year. What drives the development of the company is the desire to produce products with quality ingredients that taste great and maintain a high and consistent level of quality. It is also the curiosity to learn new things and continuously improve that brings passion and energy to the business. These components together form the backbone of the operation, along with good service and care for both employees and customers.

The business consists of a bakery, pastry shop, coffee roasting, gelato production, cold kitchen, gourmet pizza corner, café, and shop, as well as two separate gelaterias, known as Gelato Öland, which are also located in northern Öland in the towns of Sandvik and Byxelkrok.

In our operations, there is often a fast pace that requires good planning skills and independence.

The positions cover the months of June to August, with start and end dates according to agreement. There is the possibility of weekend work during May and September.

Accommodation is available; having your own accommodation is an advantage.

As a cold kitchen worker at Kaffestugan, you will work independently to prepare sandwiches and salads for our café. Your tasks will also include making orders and planning for production, for which experience in this area is an advantage.
